The hotel was very clean and had everything I needed; it was small but clean and comfortable. The service was nice, though I had to endure a few complaints. My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and clean, with helpful staff even in the early hours of the morning when I had to leave for the airport. The bathroom was a bit tight due to the small size and the location of the sink, but it was cute and had an en-suite. The service was exceptionally friendly, although there were some hiccups like having the soap and bath mat taken away. The location was nice, downtown, and close to Foch station, providing easy access to both the old and new parts of Lyon. My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had big windows overlooking the charming courtyard.
